1930'S AWARD WINNING LIVE/WORK BUILDING

A rare find these days. Most, if not all buildings like this were chopped into smaller condo's with little to no parking. This is an "old school" loft with a lions share of parking. Throw in the fact that it has a large private courtyard with a koi pond and you'll get a one of a kind REAL loft.

Areal

One of the biggest problems people face when they move downtown is parking. Condo/lofts usually allow one parking spot per owner, and if you have two you would be considered lucky. A lot of condo/lofts have their parking spaces located walking distance to the units and this leaves you and your car vulnerable to hazards. 540 loft has enough parking for six cars outdoor, two cars indoor (accessible with garage door openers) and even more parking in the courtyard if needed.

CIRCUS TRAIN
Once a year, the circus train rolls on through behind the building and you get a front row ticket from the rooftop. Lots of great story's to tell.
